DAF Dissolved air flotation for waste water treatment in chemical and petrochemical 800 m3/day Stainless steel
DAF treatment system is to reduce Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) loading by the removal of high COD contaminants including fats, oils and greases, colour, organic matter and colloidal material. A reduction of up to 90% of COD and suspended solids can be achieved with a dissolved air flotation system. The DAF system can be used with or without the addition of chemicals; depending on the waste type, chemicals can further enhance performance.
Structure explaination
Core technology
The high frequency common rail injection strong-solvent cutting patent technology is adopted. The high-speed rotation generates the strong centrifugal force and the micron air integration system makes the dissolved air concentration reach the theoretical maximum value within only three seconds without concentration gradient, which provides guarantee for the manufacturing of large-scale micro bubbles and at the same time, the dynamic factor is reduced substantially and the power consumption cost is subsequently reduced
The microsecond rapid phase separation device is adopted, which makes the phase of water molecule and air molecule in the dissolved air water separate at high speed in reverse direction in less than one microsecond through special structure, instantaneously gather and form the even micro bubbles carrying charge with the diameter of 3-7μm and therefore make the bubble concentration increase geometrically under the same dissolved air quantity. The integrated charged bubble has changed the surface tension of the water, absorbed with the colored group and part of hydrophilic colloid, which is a revolutionary breakthrough of purification efficiency and meanwhile, the input amount of PAC and PAM is substantially reduced or becomes unnecessary.
