Description:

The crystallizing tank is made of SS304 or 316L stainless steel. The inner wall adopts electronic mirror polishing or mechanical polishing. The outer wall adopts SS304 completely welding structure for heat preservation. The exterior surface finish is mirror polished or semi-luster polishing. A 0.2um ventilation hydrophobic filter is installed on the crystallization tank. The crystallizating tank can endure 121℃ high temperature sterillization, equipped with sanitary pressure meter. The outside connection of the tank body adopts sanitary rapid open connector. The crystallizing tank is equipped with temperature monitoring device, 2 sight glass, cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet. The shaft seal adopts special sanitary mechanical seal to guarantee the material no pollution. The crystallizing tank can adopt frequency change speed control device and the rotation speed of mixing shaft has wide regulation range.
